You are not required to register in order to browse our site, but as part of the checkout process buyers will be asked
to provide an email address. This will allow us to send an order confirmation receipt that should be kept with your records.
Please follow the instructions in the next section if you are experiencing difficulties with the checkout process.
Help with the checkout
process and/or Shopping Cart
Please follow the instructions below if you
are having trouble with either the checkout process or the
Toys Games Puzzles Shopping Cart.
Enabling Pop-Ups
ToysGamesPuzzles.com uses pop-ups to inform its visitors when
a product is added to their shopping cart.

following these steps:
- If you own a third-party pop-up blocker, disable it or

can tell whether or not you have Windows XP Service Pack 2
by opening Internet Explorer,
and selecting Help >
About. If the version field contains the letters "sp2" in
it, then you have Service Pack 2
installed. To allow
pop-ups from Turn Off The TV, you must open Internet
Explorer,
then select "Tools > Pop-Up Blocker >
Pop-Up Blocker Settings".
In the field labelled
"Address of the Web site to allow", enter
www.toysgamespuzzles.com.
Adjusting the Internet Explorer Security
Settings
Toysgamespuzzles.com uses secure online forms to allow its
customers to place orders online. If your browser
security
and privacy settings are too high (or too
restrictive), they might be preventing you from completing
the checkout
process on our site.
Please follow these steps in order to configure Internet
Explorer 6 to work properly on our site:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Select "Tools > Internet Options".
- Select the "Security" tab.
- Click on "Trusted Sites" (the one with the green
checkmark) in the Web Content Zones area.
- Click on the "Sites..." button to open the "Trusted
Sites" window.
- Uncheck "Require server verification for all sites in
this zone" (at the bottom of that window)
- Add "www.toysgamespuzzles.com" to your list of trusted
sites and click OK
- Click on the "Privacy" tab.
- Click on the "Sites..." button to open the "Per Site
Privacy Actions" window.
- Enter "www.toysgamespuzzles.com" and click "Allow" in
order to allow cookies from our site.
- Click OK, and OK again in the Internet Options window
to apply all your changes
