Unfortunately we are unable to ship to APO and FPO addresses.
Returns
TURN OFF the TV.com / Toy Games Puzzles.com stands behind each and every product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may exchange it with a product of equal or lesser value within 30 days of purchase.
Please return product in new condition and in original packaging. Follow the instructions on the packing slip or as stated below:
- wrap securely
- include the packing slip and a note stating the reason for the return
- prepay the postage and handling
Then contact us at orders@toysgamespuzzles.com for a Return Authorization and the address of our nearest center.
If customer provides incorrect order information (ex. ordered two items however prefers only one) customer is responsible for return shipping.
